What’s On

The regular programme for the Oxford branch consists of a street stall on Cornmarket, monthly meetings at the town hall, and an annual general meeting, held in May. We welcome new faces, and turning up to one of these is a great way to get involved.

It’s also worth checking out the calendar, since there are lots of one-off events, including things held by the national campaign, and many Palestine -related talks and meetings around Oxford outside the branch.

Saturday Street Stall

Some lovely campaigners running the stall on cornmarket

We run a regular stall on Cornmarket in the centre of Oxford. It’s every Saturday 11.30am-1.30pm. We offer information about Palestine, share events, and have interesting conversations with the public.

Monthly Meeting

On the second Tuesday of each month, there’s a meeting in the Town Hall at 7:30pm.

Newcomers are very welcome! It’s in the centre of Oxford, and easy to get to. You’ll see the room that we’re booked into on a screen on your left as you enter. Just ask the reception if you’re not sure where the room is.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

There’s an annual meeting on the second Tuesday of May every year. Normally we do a retrospective, and discuss what has happened in the past year. We elect officers for the branch, and we outline plans for the year ahead. Newcomers are also welcome to this, it’s a great time to get a picture of the campaigning.
